Is it wrong to tilt our head back to stop nose bleed?

bleed?

Take bioflavonoids to stop bleeding generally. A
half gram twice/day should
normally stop it completely within a week or two.
Bioflavonoids work very well
with Vitamin C and a supplement that contains both
would be even better.
