daytime sleep

Hi all,

some people say that having sleep after having lunch(usually taken b/w
12:30 pm and 2.00 pm)  for about 1-2 hours will increase impurities in
the body, my questioin is to what extent this is true ...???

Sounds untrue to me.  Otherwise, are we implying that Mexicans are
impure?  Such a nap would greatly decrease our stress levels.  We are
all ready way, way too on the go; way, way too yang.  We need to slow
down and smell the flowers.  Higher stress levels increase
impurities.  Lower stress levels decrease impurities.
