And once again Folks - Who is it that benefits from Ilena Rosenthal's mouthing off for anti-vaccination, anti-amalgam, anti-war, quack medicine agenda??? Is it attorneys and PR firms trying to drum up the next disasterous Class Action in the sky. The clear lesson breast implant victims learned about their Class Action, is it has taken over a decade to try to get many of them settled. The victims are often twarted in settlement, delayed, or denied. Why are these settlements so arduous and hard coming to settlement? Many believe it's because as long as the breast implant litigation is still open, and not completely settled, the Common Benefit Trust (estimated at in the multiple hundreds of millions of dollars), continues as an enormous"golden egg" for extraneous individuals to the breast implant issue (PR firms and attorneys) to feed handsomely from it's yolk. Recent revelations that some of this CBT money was diverted to SKAPP and funded studies for baby bottle litigation (plus god knows what else), demonstrates there is a capacity to divert funds to other issues not related to the harmed women of breast implants. So it begs the question, is Ilena Rosenthal's, anti-amalgam, anti-vaccination, quack medicine, anti-war, free speech agenda being funded by a CBT shirt tale beneficiary???
