Do you know that tropical cyclone Nargis hit the coast of Myanmar on
2nd May 2008? It devastated large parts of the low-lying delta region
of the Irrawaddy River.
Homes were flattened, sturdy structures damaged, trees uprooted and
power lines downed. In rural parts of the country up to 95 per cent of
all homes were destroyed. Casualty figures are still rising
continously.

We would like to appeal to as much people as possible to lend a
helping hand. Monetary donations is the least that we can do if we
cannot help the victims directly. A little from one, would accumulate
to a lot of money. Here's many options to make donations :

As sad as this is, it has happened many times before. As many as
200,000 have perished in previous storms.
It would seem that the best way to help these people today is to shoot
the generals so that aid can be provided.
How can the death of so many people be more important to the generals
than providing all the aid that is possible.
