I am very skeptical of exotic and usually expensive food items that
have purported health values. What did the poor Navajo do when the
goji plant was way across the Pacific high up in the Tibetan Plateau
and the acai plant was way down in South America. Did God abandon the
Native Americans?
We tend to ignore the familiar for the exotic. Pomegranite, alfalfa,
and seaweed are readily available, very healthful, and don't cost an
arm and a leg.
If you are not skeptical of the exotic and expensive health foods,
recheck your intuition. These items most certainly are very good for
one's health, but so are a lot of familiar and inexpensive food items.
It will be lifestyle, exercise, stress reduction, good nutrition,
weight loss, etc that will make you healthy, not some magic pill or
exotic, expensive food item.

Hear hear! Now, let's hope some people listen as well.
