I think I'll stick with natural raw sugar----but it is kind of
interesting the varieties that have been around.

"The best advice is to find the artificial (or natural in the case of
stevia) non-sugar sweetener you tolerate best and not use much of it.
Bit by bit taper down the amount of sweetness you add to foods and let
the natural sweetness shine through."

That IS the best advice, and it works wonders for salt users, too.
