Note from Health Lover, Ilena Rosenthal:
Despite Coleah's claims ... the court said otherwise.

Martin Rady ... indeed, over $311,000 is still outstanding on the
nearly half a million in court fees for Grell & Barrett & Polevoy.

Her interference sunk the 'peace plan' between Penley Ayers and
myself.

Silicone exec who hides behind Penley Ayers & Jeffcoat.

Penley-Ayers had admitted she was going to 'use' O'leary's $9K+
judgement as a 'legal excuse' to hunt me down and attempt to access my
bank accounts in August, 2004.

After that, she admitted she approached silicone exec O'leary to get
him to assign this to her.

Her postingthis information  on Usenet was against federal law,
according to my legal experts.

Despite her claims,in fact, the court ruled against Penley Ayers and
further sustained our objections. This meant the court agreed with us
that what Penley Ayers provided to the Alameda Court was NOT
sufficient to back her claims.

What is particularly interesting ... is that after bragging of her "6
digit income' ... and further admitting she chased O'leary to get her
to assign this to her ... she pleaded with the court that she was
going to suffer irreparable loss and harm.

The court didn't believe her either.

Subject: [SBIPrivateClub] FW: Search for Ilena Rosenthal

Okay, we're getting close to finding Ilena. This email is going out to
everyone who has held an interest in locating Ilena.

The private investigator is lined up and there are just a few details
to work out.

To cover the group's desire for the investigation, Patrick's judgment
will be the legal justification for looking her and her bank accounts
and balances.

I told Patrick that we didn't expect him to pay for all this, because
it is our idea and we need him as a legal excuse for doing a search.

Okay, we go.  Moving along to approaching the IRS and CA to get
Ilena's non-profit yanked.  This will be a challenge as the federal
government does not have staff to look into non-profits and when they
do find a violation they go for 'hand slapping' first.
What I would ask is for everyone to look over the items below to get
an idea of the 'issues' we can look into and the bring up to CA and
the IRS.  If one item grabs you as one you would like to look more
deeply into, please let me know.  If we all take a piece and research
we can move through all this more quickly.  (Please, please, please
!!!)

And if you have ideas of other things that could be looked into,
please let me know and I'll add it to this list.  After we've explored
the issues, I'll gather everyone's input and fine tune the plan of
proceeding.  We did it with the FDA.  This will be a bit more
intensive.
Let the fun began!!

I believe displays signs of untreated mental illness, delusions of
grandeur and an air of entitlement for her irresponsibility to
society.  How very, very sad.

Coleah:

Have you considered kicking in some money to help Polevoy?

You seemed SO SUPPORTIVE of his actions before, why aren't you helping
him now?  $50,000 from you would keep the wolf away from his door a
little longer, don't you think?

What's the problem?  Don't you feel any guilt, or remorse, for
encouraging that little rodent ,while he was falsely attacking Ilena
Rosenthal, the selfless health leader who the California Supreme Court
almost annointed for Sainthood in their decision?

Cough up some cash.  You, and yours, LOST...

Steadfast in California...

That would be +$100,000 worth of taxes over 10 years that he owes the
people of the U.S.   Isn't he special???  Doesn't he add such credence
to Hulda Clark reputation with his 'cutesy' presentation?  Winky,
winky.

Coleah:

So, you're not very clear here.  Are you sending Ilena a  $50,000
check?

And, what's this "winky, winky" thing - is it a function of your anal
itch?

Curious in California...

Come on Bolen, you can't be that stupid that someone has to explain to
you what your 'winky, winky' thing is......well, I guess I take that
back.....you ARE that stupid and it is  too 'unremarkable' for you to
find.

Coleah:

Are you going to kick in some money for Polevoy, or not?  You were so
helpful to him, encouraging the little scumbag, as it were, when he
was conducting his fake lawsuit - aren't you going to help him crawl
out from under the massive, crushing, debt he's piled up?

Don't you feel responsible?

About this winky, winky anal itch thing you keep bringing up.  I'm
sure there is a Public Library somewhere near you, where you could go
and ask for a book on personal hygeine.  Try it.

Concerned in California...
