Exercise for some easier advised than done. I've seen people
due to injury, infection, and arthritis have serious problems
getting enough exercise. In some instances, the downward
spirl of inactivity, insulin resistance, weight gain, syndrome X,
and type 2 diabetes brought an early grave.

Yuppers -- being moderately well along in years and
recovering from a recent leg fracture, I do have some
idea of the effect.

Which doesn't change the prescription, merely the
patient tolerance.
