Its been a long time since I have been here because I decided that
there was no benefit to me for me to fight the intuitively retarded.
However, there may be a few people who can learn, and I thought that I
would leave a few pointers towards things that I have found to be very
valuable:
EFT -- Emotional Freedom Technique -- http://www.emofree.com/ --
This still after many years seems to me to be very effective and very
valuable. One can get all that is obtainable from this without
spending a penny. Check it out.
Paul McKenna -- Something new on my radar. For some, this could be
the best site that they have ever been to. Easy and effective weight
loss, and, again, it can be free; there is no need whatsoever to spend
money at this site. -- http://www.mckenna.com/
Ceragem -- http://www.ceragem.com/ -- This one can also be free if
you happen to live near one of their stores. Otherwise, it would be
expensive to impossible.
Fish Oil -- http://www.oilofpisces.com/ -- This is one of many
websites devoted to fish oil, but I particularly like this website.
(This would have an on-going cost, of course.) An older person who
does not take fish oil (or eat fish regularly) is flirting with death
and/or serious illness. A young person who takes fish oil regularly
is acting very, very wisely.
Pranayama -- The Natural Breath. I do this at least 1 hour every
day. This makes the other 15 hours work much better for me and for
everyone else. My disposition and health is much better because of
this. It should cost very little if anything to learn; if someone
wants to charge more than $35 to learn this technique, get skeptical.
If you do this 30 minutes everyday for 21 days, you will become a
believer, an addict, an enthusiast of pranayama. This is a million
times easier than hatha yoga.
I am very skeptical of almost all health things that are expensive or
exotic.

Your comments are welcome.
This newsgroup, formerly under the domination of
a few negativists who ridiculed and disparaged
anyone who dared express some favorable
opinion on alternative medicine, is in the process
of being liberated. As with all unreasoning
skeptic cowards, they can do nought
but reiterate their tired fallacies
and QUICKLY BACK DOWN when
opposed.
Please continue to post, your comments
are welcome.
