If you think it is any of your business.....or idle curiousity makes you wet yourself.....pay them for a copy. Certified legal documents were issued in San Diego, acknowledging my assignment. Certified legal documents acknowledging my assignment and a Lien against Ilena Rosenthal were filed with the Alameda court. The Alameda 'court' most certainly never 'demanded to see a thing'. If this does exist (and I'm not playing devil's advocate here), and since this would be part of public records, why not scan up a copy, and send it over to Mr. Bolen, and let him see for himself. Since Bolen has nothing to do with this assignment, other than he wants to act the part of a jerk, I see no reason why Coleah should lift a finger to satisfy his nosey inquiries. The assignment is between Ilena Rosenthal, Coleah, and those directly affected by it, and has nothing to do with Bolen. Anything other than that shouldn't be the business of any busy bodies that frequent this newsgroup. He is well equipped to source out what he wants to see, all by himself. Any dummy with a half an ounce of common sense would know that legal documents certified by the court clerk to be true and correct have to be verified before they get the court clerk's stamp of approval. Well, let's say straight shooters with common sense.....I guess that people who come from being 'cons', will imagine that in others. Ole Horseradish Nose Bolen can go sniff someone else's hind end.
