After re-reading some of the posts of late and going back to the archives, this group has had a long standing controversial unhealthy exchange of ideas. After being falsely accused of being a liar -- I realized how sick and toxic this forum is. There would appear to be two "gangs." Alties, and Anti alties. And there also would appear to be those of us that are down the middle. I do not fit in either gang. I've noticed others that do not fit in any gang either, and I've noticed people that wish to learn more about alternative health care ideas and remedies. People come to post, and ask a simple question, get ignored, and so they go away. People like Dr. Kulcaz post about their experiences in the dental field, and he's attacked. There are like attack killer dogs on both sides of the fences, snarling at each other. It is very intimidating to anyone who would like a healthy discussion of alternative health care choices and treatments. But after reading about a seminar that was held a few years back, it would appear that it is from the medical profession itself that pit bulls from conventional medicine side of the coin have arrived onto the scene to make their presence known, that is either their way or you will be attacked. It reminds me of a scene from a S&M movie I once saw in Sexual Education class. It appears that the 100% conventional medicine side wants to whip those that believe in either alternative medicine or complementary medicine so that they become totally submissive to conventional medicine, so the world can be absolutely controlled. Slavery was abolished by Abraham Lincoln. Conventional medicine thugs that post here need to come to grip with that. Pro Conventional Medical Doctor fan club members need to realize that not everyone wants to be a member of their club. It is all about choices -- but the script of the day around here does not work that way. It would appear to be a power struggle constantly. There are a lot of self serving agendas here, people that do not want information getting out about possible alternative healthcare alternatives that might be worth trying. People that honestly do not want a healthy discussion of alternatives either pro or con, and those individuals that go around spreading so much negativity. I had to sit back and laugh today----there are the pro conventionals accusing people of this and that, and then there are the pro alternative (?) accusing people of LYING. Each side of the coin is doing the exact same thing in various formats -- it is this gigantic game of tug of war, and neither side is ever going to win 100%. That's why I like complementary healthcare. It leaves all of the negativity out of the equation. With every insult that is made from one gang -- another one gets served from the other gang. I cannot tell who is winning. But calling people liars because they do not agree to your opinions is ridiculous, and TOXIC to everyone who take part in this forum. Did people ever stop and realize why they are so negative? Did you ever think getting to the root of your own problems would free you of all of the negativity you are attempting to consume others with? Gosh, one of these days, it would be nice to have a healthy discussion without the proverbial whip coming out of the closet from either one of the gangs? I remember the last time, my mother tried to whip me. I was 14, and she got the surprise of her life---I stood up to her, as I am standing up to those of you that wish to engage in negativity here -- the whips have to go back into the closet --along with chains of negativity. It is time to get back to "healthy discussions." I wouldn't worry about it too much -- I think a lot of the problem is that most of the posters are men. Men are used to solving problems using bullshit, bluff and brute force. They are a very large part of all the world's problems , ie - Most criminals are men Most pedophiles are men Wars are planned and executed by men Men run all the big multinationals Men run all the secret societies that plot to undermine society. What more can I say. Men are obsessed with sex and sport? They are poor simple bastards, and faithful to each other, or the brotherhood or whatever. They stick together, they follow the rules, they gang up on anybody who doesn't "follow the rules". They do things a certain way because they've always been done that way. They like to suppress women, and beat them, and ostracize them with their putdown jokes about blondes and how women are "emotional". Men are the problem. Think about it. Women's lib couldn't have come soon enough. Its up to women to be the rational ones, the problem solvers, the thinkers outside the box etc. In the meantime, men need to take some time out to re-invent themselves. They have many faults that they have gotten themselves stereotyped into. People are just people ...men / women -- its all the same. And until women get a 50-50 role in such fields of endeavour, and are free to use their own ways of operating rather than trying to emulate blokey ways of being loyal to the group whatever the agenda (which blokes do), I will continue to push the point.
