Mark S Probert, part of the Snake-oil Vigilante Legal Team ... was
disbarred by the NY Supreme Court and ordered to cease forever giving
his legal opinions. Yet he's been very vocal about his belief that we
have no authority over Polevoy here  in California, where THEY chose
to sue us. In an earlier thread, he is canvassing to get ammunition
for their plan.

It all seems very highly orchestrated by Barrett, Langer, Probert,
Polevoy, Grell and others on their Snake-oil Team.

I did learn in a quick read of the current round of court papers in
our attempts to collect the rest of the over $312,000 debt for my
attorneys fees, that Polevoy never paid a cent into his proportioned
part. Whoever antied up for Grell & Barrett paid the joint part for
Polevoy believing, apparently, the same thing as disbarred Probert is
giving as legal advice.

Makes up wonder too ... who financed this whole huge lawsuit ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ?

This coming week is another hearing regarding a Bond we have for this
very possibility ... they claim it has nothing to do with Polevoy. We
disagree. I'll let you know what the judge says.

Also, they are so desperate not to pay and keep my legal team occupied
with every objection their legal team (apparently Probert is one,
according to his words) ... they are even re-using a same idiotic
losing  argument that they have before.

They claim that since when Mark Goldowitz took my case in early 2001,
and we had a signed agreement regarding the very topic of fees when we
prevailed, in Quacklandia they claim that I have no standing to make
the motions I am.

Their Snake-oil team has also claimed that Mr. Goldowitz's and my
attorney / client agreement somehow reflected badly on me. In fact, I
had perfect credit when I got SLAPP sued and have been forced to
defend myself against this group of professional corporate lobbyists,
attorneys, and their smear campaign team since them at great financial
and personal expenses.

There is nothing in over 7 years that I have done or said, or they
have claimed I have done or said, that one of these people haven't
found a reason to criticize and make me wrong.

Text of Dismarment Papers

Here he is giving his legal opinion regarding American Quack / MD,
Terry Alan Polevoy, who lives in Canada, yet used the California Court
System for 7 years of legal assaults against me.

After all 3 SLAPP suit plaintiffs lost to me in Superior Court (and
Coleah Penlely Ayers and Myrl Jeffcoat joined their assaults against
me), the 3 losers owed only around $33K in my legal fees.

After the Appeals Court ruled again against "Dr. Sue" Barrett and
malicious prosecutor Grell ... and decided that one comment I reposted
about Polevoy would have to be fully litigated to see if the facts
showed that he was 'libeled' ... Polevoy was offered a total
walk-away. He would owe nothing  ... I would owe nothing ... and we
would not have to go back to Superior Court where I fully believe it
would be proven that he in fact, followed Ms McPhee around, wore
disguises, did his typical email bombing to her bosses, etc. etc.

Polevoy refused ... he held fast with Barrett & Grell ... demanding
that all their legal fees also be dropped, or he would march forward!

We filed with the Supreme Court ... the rest is history. The Supreme
Court of California once again reiterated that Sue Happy Barrett had
not been 'defamed' (yet he  continues to cry and beg for money and
fills the internet with the lie that he lost on a 'technicality) and
ruled  that reposting another person's words was not actionable.

The total bill for my attorneys fees were around $55K for the Superior
Court ... and an additional $470K for the Appeals and Supreme Court.

Whoever antied up for Barrett & Grell ... also paid any portion of
their legal fees that included Polevoy ... except they left around
$312,000 that was solely me defending myself against Polevoy alone.

Now it appears that failed and disbarred former attorney Mark S
Probert was in on the planning and has given them legal advice  that
if Grell (who lives here in California) and Polevoy dumped each other
... because Polevoy is hiding (according to Probert) in Canada ... he
need not pay his legal fees.
