To respond to Tim's question ... no, neither Terry Polevoy nor any of
his co-plaintiffs have paid any of the nearly $312,000 that he owes
for my attorney' fees. This is the same Terry Polevoy who called
himself "Vera Teasdale" and harassed me and others he was suing.

Terry Polevoy was unmasked while being promoted by Coleah Penley Ayers
(who has made a career out of chasing me around for a  $9,000
judgement I owe to  silicone manufacturer Patrick O'leary, who had
harassed and defamed me while in drag for nearly 5 years) and is

Before I was SLAPP sued by Barrett, Grell & Polevoy, my credit was
perfect and I had made my first payment to O'leary. As Penley Ayers
and Myrl Jeffcoat joined with O'leary and the losing Plaintiffs ...
their tactics got more desperate. There was nothing that was too
false, too personal or invasive, that they did not try, including
hiring private investigators to hunt me down.
