What I am further "implying" Myrl Jeffcoat, is that when the med device industry / Quackwatch SLAPP team 'educated' you ... they were getting these 'benefits" with your one big mouth: 1 ... Down came the Silicone Webring linking dozens of sites. (There was not one penny of cost to you ... it was already up and on many women's sites, and it took more work for you to yank it down than keep it up.) Who benefitted? The breast implant industry. The losers? The women in the breast implant support system. 2 ... Who benefitted? Silicone manufacturers, tobacco manufacturers, Pharma sellers, med device makers, etc. The losers? People who wanted to know who bought Steve Milloy and Junkscience.com. More to come. BTW, now that you mentioned me three times in this thread, could you take a moment to explain your motives in contacting my wife? Like I have said, the only rational I can come up with is that you were trying to intimidate me into silence, thus denying my right of Free Speech, something that you claim for yourself. I have asked you this several times, and am sure that an explanation is forthcoming, since you are so busy these days. I don't see Barrett and Polevoy posting here on this newsgroup! So most folks only have your version of things about them. As for my siding with anyone who would assist the public in debunking quack treatments - I'm for that! I don't agree with all of Polevoy and Barrett's targets - but agree with many of them!
