Ilena: I've been busy, so I haven't kept up. Did Polevoy send that $311,000 yet? Or, did all those others kick in some cash? Are you going to have to send in the leg-breakers, so to speak? She clearly owes money to O'Leary, and she admits it above. I have also looked at the court record in Alameda County--- she is OWED money and would make a reasonable assumption that she might OWE her attorneys money as well.
