I've been busy, so I haven't kept up.
Did Polevoy send that $311,000 yet? Or, did all those others kick in some cash?
Are you going to have to send in the leg-breakers, so to speak?
Curious in California...

You pay more attention to other people than to the +$100,000.00 you owe to the IRS in arrears for the past 10 years.
Upstanding citizen....NOT.

I'm curious how it is Bolen thinks Ilena should be able to go shopping at Easter Sales, when she still owes O'Leary, and the IRS money???
I thought her attorney fees were assigned to her attorneys. . .Wouldn't they be more likely to go shopping than she???

You sound like you are involved in a PMS situation - the both of you. But, we all know that both of you are way beyond the age where that would apply.
My guess is that you both so used to the bad behavior during those times that you never outgrew it,..
You know, you COULD help Polevoy out here, by kicking in a little cash - say $10,000 each? Oops - I forgot - neither of you two can rub two spare dimes together.
Sorry I asked.
And Coleah - you never did have the rights to collect on that judgment - you made that up. Just one more lie. And, you look a lot like Terry Polevoy, except Terry looks a lot more feminine.

What's worked for Ilena in that situation - ought to work for Polevoy, Grell, Barrett, and anyone else involved with her!
As for breaking of legs to get paid, as you earlier suggested! I think maybe Ilena should expect her's broken first! Afterall, she's the one that defaulted on her payments for a court judgement first!
And as far as the IRS needing to be paid - I understand they can be the most effective bone breakers of all! Are you runnin' scared yet, Bolen?
As for the PMS comment - I never really was escpecially touchy during those times, but then you may be projecting from your lack of help from a little blue pill! Just deal with it Bolen - anyway you can!

Well, you bring up a very good question -"Is Coleah a man or a woman?" Or something in between? Or is this Terry in drag, again?

I've asked him that several times but he never answers. When I suggested that Ilena would be stealing if she spent the money rightfully belonging to her lawyers I was accused of defaming her.

You have proven again, that you are spinning, when everyone else is actually dancing to the beat. There was no diversion on my part-the diversion came from you. As for the insult, it goes back on you, "dim bulb," you are not bright enough to be 40 watts all on your own.

Here's the case #A60513 I've looked at the information (it is of public record). She clearly owes money to O'Leary, and she admits it above. I have also looked at the court record in Alameda County--- she is OWED money and would make a reasonable assumption that she might OWE her attorneys money as well. (I doubt they defended her for free).

Seems to me that when you lose a lawsuit and are ordered to pay, you should pay your debt. Especially when you filed the lawsuit in the first place. Maybe you think differently?
