Fox says the site is safe and that it has complied with all legal
requirements for chemical emissions.
Isnt that what they all say!

Let's see.
There was a speedway track there for about 50 years, during the time
that the place was used for agricultural shows. That means that every
Saturday night the smell of burning methanol filled the air, while
enormous amounts of methane and hydrogen sulphide were never far from
the cows and sheep. Huge quantities of beer fumes surround the Sydney
Cricket Ground and Aussie Stadium. Taylor Square and Oxford Street
simply reek of makeup, shampoo, perfume and the fumes from polyester,
lycra and leather (not that there's anything wrong with that).
None of this is new, and Fox Studios has been there for many years
without anybody noticing anything.
But here is the real evidence that this is nonsense:
"Mark Donohoe, a Manly general practitioner and president of the
Natural Health Care Alliance, has been treating patients from the area
for several years for asthma and skin problems. Four families moved,
and their health improved, Dr Donohoe said".
Dr Donohoe is so concerned with pollution in the environment that he
was immensely proud when his daughter picked up a dummy (pacifier to
USAnians) and put it in her mouth. He was so proud that he announced
it to a packed hall at an anti-vaccination liar seminar.
And here's another thing to think about. If you live in Paddington you
don't go to the doctor in Manly unless you are after a specific
response. One of the country's best hospitals is in Paddington and
another is about ten minutes away at Kensington. (Oops, wouldn't want
to go there - too much methane from the racehorses at Randwick.)

That was "picked up a dummy in the street and put it in her mouth".
Some other child's dummy, lying on the footpath. And the man is a
doctor.
