Exercise for arthritis?

I bought one of those small exercise balls for the osteo arthritis in my
hands. Seems to be a rubber ball filled with lead or steel shot. I've
only been squeezing it a few days but it seems to help somewhat.

Anyone else tried this?

Gentle stretching is absolutely orthodox treatment for osteoarthritis.

So is warmth -- wearing loose gloves and socks to bed can be life-changing.
