Peter Bowditch:

A short while ago, in a series called "gurgle gurgle, etc.," you made
some statements about certain dental activities.

To me, it was great stuff, because, it was clear that you are either
(1)  totally out of your mind (the insanity defense), or (2)  you
think because you are in Australia that you can't be reached by the US
Court system.  Or both?

Let's talk about that.

I'm going to ask you for documentation on each of your statements.
Your future financial security could be effected by your answers.  You
can be sued in a US Court.

Please provide documentation that backs up the following statement:
"Perhaps the crooks might still be in business if they hadn't
submitted fraudulent insurance claims."

Please provide documentation that backs up the following statement:
"So you think that an insurance company responding to a case of
insurance fraud is doing the wrong thing, Jan. That tells me a lot
about you and your concept of morality."

Please provide documentation that backs up the following statement:
"What has anyone's knowledge of dentistry got to do with a company
(Cavitat) submitting insurance claims which state that the treatment
was something other than what really happened? Aetna did not provide
cover for NICO. Cavitat put in claims for NICO treatment but ticked
another box. It was fraud, not dentistry."

Please provide documentation that backs up the following statement:
"I apologise. The principals of Cavitat just advised people how to
submit fraudulent insurance claims. Same crime, different criminals."

Go for it. Remember the California SLAPP laws, and how your financial
security could be affected (the correct word) by your answers. In
fact, these laws could very well effect my financial security.

if the crooks hadn't submitted fraudulent insurance claims then Aetna
would not have noticed them, they would not have ended up in court,
and they might very well still be in business. QED.

about insurance fraud directed to a Usenet poster.

You really need to stop lying.  You don't know what I think.  Furthermore,
that came out
of mid air as most of what you type.  What I typed was:

*Aetna officials maintained that they had always been guided by the precepts
of the A.M.A.

*Organized Medicine and dentistry*.

Uh Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Neither did you ask a question.  What you did was harass.

You know nothing first hand about the Cavitat.

I do have first jaw experience.

But then what do you know about dentistry has been proven with your repeated
lies
saying there is no such thing as *mercury amalgram*.

Strike three you are out.

Ah, Peter:

It is as I thought.  You quote from the countersuit which was thrown
out by the court for having no substance.  You need to learn the
difference between quackpot wishful thinking and simple reality.

Aetna submitted, basically, the same weak counterclaim TWICE, and had
it rejected both times - and they were given more than adequate time,
each time, to provide even a shred of evidence that their claim had
some validity.

You, on your website, and in your writings, are knowingly maintaining
objectionable material which has been openly examined, and declared in
a US Federal Court, to have no validity.  You are, by definition,
defaming.  And, either you know it, or you are just not that bright.
Which is it?

I will review more of your offerings, and get back to you.

If it's any consolation, my guess is you wouldn't be alone on the
Defendant's list, and the case would not be tried in California.  You
and bobbie could share a room?  And, perhaps, James Randi could come
by and do a magic trick for you?

Coleah:

By the way "Coleah."  My people are having a little trouble locating
an actual person named "Coleah Penley Ayers" except for that organized
drivel you put on your so-called website.

So, it is beginning to look like "Coleah Penley Ayers" is a
construction - the kind of construction weirdo Terry Polevoy would
dream up.  Terry likes to cross-dress on the internet - and your
portrayed persona fits something Pimple Popper Polevoy would think up.

So - is this you Terry?

What actual proof do you have that "Coleah Penley Ayers" really
exists.  Or is this just a name "staker" Polevoy took off of  a
tombstone in Bumfuck, Ontario?

Peter:

I don't think "funnier" is a good word to use here.  "Disturbing" is a
word, I think, more suitable to describe Polevoy's usual behavior.

I think most people in the North American Health Freedom Movement
would have no problem envisioning Polevoy wrapping himself in a dowdy
dress and a cheap wig, stuffing fake silicone breasts into his shirt
front, adjusting his makeup to get the right "butch" look, and
emerging in front of his computer as "Coleah Penley Ayers."

Talk about even more "disturbing" information - ask "Pimple Popper"
why he isn't practicing as a Pediatrician anymore...

Oh, it's funny all right. What is it about quackery spruikers that
they have to continually accuse people of being other people?

As most people in the "North American Health Freedom Movement" seem
delusional and suffer from the impression that quackery and fraud are
useful, I would not be surprised at what the could envision. Many of
them seem to have fantasies about who is who, for example.

Peter:

It is so good to see a FOOL like you brag about your "malicious
intent," right here in front of us.  I suppose, in your "response" in
a US court you will claim your statements were "just a joke," right?

I absolutely LOVED your "rag-tag posse of snake oil vigilantes" - it
played extremely well (and will continue to play well) in many US
courtroom settings - and little bobbie spluttered his way through
explanations of "it's just a joke."

I enjoy seeing a little sh.t like you squirming.  I'm very
disappointed that you didn't walk into my traps set for you in
California and Mexico, when you had your picture taken - trying to
convince your goofy friends that how brave you were.  You showed up
just before dark at each place to have your photo taken, long after
everyone had gone home.

I ws SO HOPING you'd knock on the door of Hulda Clark's clinic...
You'd still be in a Mexican jail.  But, a cowardly little sh.t like
you, no doubt, figured out, probably due to my silence then, on the
subject, that something was in store for you.

Please come out and play using your own name, Terry.  I come from a

You sitting there in a dowdy dress and a cheap wig, with fake silicone

Note the "Admission" in Coleah (Terry Polevoy's) response.  She/he/it
clearly said "So the correct answer would be a "yes" then."

I think you may have, here, what you need for a criminal "stalking"
complaint in California...  Check it out..

I was sure certain they were the same person right after I went to her/
his/its website and saw the photo supposedly of "Coleah Penley Ayers"
at El Toro MCAS.  That was ABSOLUTELY a picture of Polevoy...

Ask her/him/it why "they" can't practice as a Pediatrician in Ontario

I'm sure the courts will love the way that you identified someone as
Dr Robert Baratz because two names appeared side by side in a
