Really starting to see a pattern here.
As if not paying Federal Income Tax (winky, winky) since 1994 wasn't
enough (http://www.ilena-rosenthal.com/bolen.jpg).....getting the
Jurimed business license suspended in 2003 (for non-payment of State
taxes???), and then just starting up again under a different business
name. Slick, hip and cool, huh?
Ilena's character and integrity mentor.
Live a life of special 'free ride' entitlement....while normal,
everyday working Americans pay their way. Amazing!
I think I'm beginning to understand why Ilena was so paranoid in
thinking that people desired to 'off her' or 'take her out'.
Absolutely amazing.....the low life, irresponsible evil that exists in
Alternative Medicine mouth pieces. Or is it only Hulda Clark behind
it?

Well, here's the thing, Tim - I don't use Google to read Usenet and
the spammers don't use Google to collect email addresses. If I wanted
to communicate with you offlist I would simple have to tell Agent that
I wanted to reply to the poster by email. Alternatively, I could just
click on the link. The same would apply if I was using Thunderbird,
Outlook Express or any one of a countless number of other programs.
I apologise if presenting you with a fact spoils your day.

You named me as a defendant once before, remember? Therefore you must
have figured this out some time ago. Is your memory failing?
Here's a reminder:

And here's the running away:

Note that this is YOU running away, not me.

Default? Default? You would have to get a judgment for there to be a
default, and there would have to be court proceedings to get a
judgment. Try not to get too far ahead of the real world. Premature
ejaculation is bad enough when done in private, but you want to do it
in public.

What would be fun would be the amount of ridicule that you would
attract to yourself.

Ooooh! Defamation!! Did it ever occur to you that defaming someone is
not very useful if you are chasing them in court. You should ask a
lawyer about this, but probably not Carlos Negrete Esq (lawyer to
thieves and charlatans) who famously called me a "bottom feeding
parasite" while simultaneously pretending to sue me. (In true quackery
supporter fashion, he was accusing someone else of being me at the
time.)

Produce evidence that I have ever defamed anyone, Jan.
And I notice that you snipped the context, which was Tim Bolen
defaming someone while claiming the moral high ground.

I accept that calling someone Hulda Clark could be seen as offensive,
because nobody would like to be associated with that disgusting crook,
but please supply the names of the people I have defamed by calling
them Hulda Clark. Unlike quackery lovers I have no need to call people
by names other than their own.

Advice to someone to embed rusty rebar in their orifices is not
defamation.

You first have to have morals to know what they are.
Tons of defaming snipped

If merely calling people names is defamation, then Bolen's post, and
Ilena's repeating it, is defamatory.
But wait! The court said it was not.
Then it cannot be defamation.
