One of the controversial DOCTORS will be there, doctor Hulda Clark, and best to represent her is public relations manager Tim Bolen. Tim Bolen is on the line with me. Dr. Clark operates on the theory that there is something wrong in our environment, and if we can keep our bodies cleaned out Chris, clean it out and keep it cleaned out that we wouldn't have these problems with diseases. She has a huge world-wide following, and those people that pick up her protocol from one of her books and DO WHAT SHE SAYS TO THE LETTER, are having AMAZING SUCCESS in getting rid of various types of diseases, with primarily cancers. She has a big following in the cancer community. People have tried everything else, or course now they're on their way. CM: Listen Tim, this is definitely not accepted by mainstream medicine. How come doctors or medical doctors don't accept this, and have they challenged her research or any of her findings? TB: Well, no one of any importance has challenged her research. She has put it out there for anybody who wants to, to take a look at what she's doing, and to go ahead and question it in a scientific manner and is prepared to discuss it with any LEGITIMATE organization. And she has't been criticized by any LEGITIMATE ORGANIZATION. A few CRACKPOT ORGANIZATIONS, which you'll find on the internet have come forward to say STRANGE THINGS ABOUT HER. But, they don't back up any of their complaints with ANY SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES or ANY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH. Now, one has to understand that doctor Clark spent 50 some years in research in the United States' university system, retiring from the University of Indiana where she and her team had been doing both AIDS and cancer research. This is a woman who has the proper PhD, she has the proper background for research. And I frankly know she knows what she's talking about. I believe in her research completely, and I think that what she is, this is the future of medicine right now! She's not alone in this either Chris. Many people out there in, what is known as the alternative community, are looking at exactly what Clark is looking at from different viewpoints, and I think that this is the future of health in North America, right here with Clark and others who thinks like she does. As far as I'm concerned there's a health hero of the year 2000. They're going to take us into the next millenium without cancer, and I think that's important. CM: Now, Dr. Clark was arrested on warrant charges in San Diego in September 20, 1999. How does that bring any merit to her at all? TB: That was an unusual one as I said. THERE ARE SOME FORCES OUT THERE WHO DON'T WANT TO FIND A CURE FOR CANCER, THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DRUGS. I believe that, and I think that's pretty much what happened. September 20th Dr. Clark was picked up by the FBI in San Diego, her residence on a fugitive warrant from Indiana, to everyone's surprise. It seems that 7 years earlier, when she had retired from the University of Indiana, she went out and done her own research protocol involving HIV and AIDS, and was looking for people who had tested HIV positive, asked them to go through a 6 week protocol, and they had gone back down to the laboratory after 6 weeks. Frankly they were testing HIV negative, which was pretty much being whatever that means. The State showed up wondering what she was doing. She was just about finished with that because there weren't that many AIDS patients there. --- Folded up her tent, retired and to California and Tijuana and never heard any more, until as such time that her books became popular. Then suddenly they issued a warrant. What' interesting is that the prosecutor who had issued that warrant had recently married the woman investigator from the case 7 years earlier. Uhm and she couldn't get anybody else to prosecute. When we exposed that in the media, the prosecutor had to resign, and the judge has resigned. It's a big scandal in Indiana, Chris, as it should be. CM: Wow. Well listen, thanks very much. When is she going to be at the lecture? TB: She'll be there at 3:00 on Saturday, her lecture time, and she's holding a Syncrometer seminar the next day for several hours teaching about her Syncrometer, which is an analysis tool. And by 3:00 on Saturday, you can catch her there in the big room, and we expect a huge crowd. She will have a booth there for her books, and we are arranging some book signings. Her supporters is a huge support group of supporters in Canada, and they're all welcome to meet with her and get their picture taken, and I'll be there right along side of her, so Chris stop by so we can meet. She will no longer be the judge when the court resumes its work on May 29th. Just for a short reminder of some of the significant happenings along the way, I suggest reviewing some of the following links. Carlos Negrete, a lawyer in California, and others are still being sued by Dr. Stephen Barrett, and I believe that this will now go forward rather quickly. Ilena Rosenthal has never, to this day, admitted that what she did was wrong, and that she and Tim Bolen's actions have served to destroy the reputations of many people. As far as Tim Bolen is concerned, his lies continue, and he will self-destruct. His targets have been individuals, the press, authors, and if given the chance he would probably try to destroy the reputation of everyone else that's significant to him. I would classify him as a pathological liar, but that would probably too kind. Ilena Rosenthal falls into the same mold as Mr. Bolen. She has appeared on numerous Internet radio podcasts with her drivel about the quackbusters. But the most frightening thing about her is that she claims to represent victims of the breast implant industry. I pity anyone who claims to suffer serious side effects of silicon breast implants who believes that Rosenthal is the one who would lead them to any further redress. I suggest that the followers of Ilena Rosenthal and Tim Bolen need to review the following links to be certain that they want to still believe and supporet these liars and defamers. Whatever Bolen says, Rosenthal believes. But, her original statements that targeted people like me are still indeed defamatory and libelous. There is no doubt in my mind that her deliberate lies and those made by Tim Bolen and their supporters will eventually come back to haunt them. The lawsuit against Carlos Negrete, the lawyer who has a long list of losing positions over the years, still stands, as does the lawsuit against Hulda Clark et. al. He will most likely have to face the courts himself one day soon. It doesn't matter to me whether or not I am part of the continuing battle against Ilena Rosenthal. What matters is that the truth be recognized by a court of justice, and that the California system of laws that protect innocent people from defamation and libel be upheld. You can almost predict his reactions. When he calls a respectful person like Tim Bolen a liar you know he must be feeling defeated. It really hurts Polevoy when someone stands up to his lies and BS. I fully applaud Ilena, Tim Bolen and others who are able do dish out what Polevoy more than deserves. Polevoy has mislead so many people with his lies and misinformation. Many people who might have had a chance at beating their cancer have been swayed by Polevoy and consequently died without exploring the many possibilities for controlling or healing their cancer. In all seriousness, has Polevoy ever had a psychological exam? In reading his rants you can certainly tell that there is something askew. I am concerned about his continued well-being. This condition could deteriate into something more serious. I don't know what we would do for entertainment if something happened to him. The Touch of Health Radio Show, produced by HTI productions Inc., hosted by Canadian Radio personality Christine McPhee has been taken off the air after FALSE complaints were filed against the show, to the radio stations, by a representatives of a subversive political group. The radio stations were convinced by an organization calling itself "Canadian Quackwatch," that McPhee=B9s interviews represented "a threat to Canadian safety." This hoax, perpetrated on the unknowing radio broadcast management was completed for the express purpose of removing "balance" in Canadian radio over "one of the most significant social and political issues facing Canada - the dispute between allopathic (conventional) and alternative (leading-edge) medicine." Canadian radio management was completely duped - and failed to make their own investigation of the charges (which would have quickly exonerated McPhee) - which, to me, suggests complicity. Two "MD" shows, featuring only "allopathic medicine" dialogue and advertising, and owned by a network and a station group comprise ninety (90) daily broadcasts of one side of a significant political issue across Canada - with, now, zero (0) "alternative medicine" viewpoints. There is now no "balance" over this issue, what-so-ever, in Canadian radio. (2). THE SECOND IMPORTANT ISSUE is the one of "Balanced Presentation" - Canadian broadcast law "licenses" radio and television stations, in effect, giving them a broadcast monopoly over an area. That monopoly situation mandates, among other things, that a "balanced" presentation must be made of a "social or political issue." The social/political issue here is "allopathic versus alternative medicine" - and it is a recognized significant social/political issue in Canada. The Canadian people have the right to take the licenses away from those radio and television stations that refuse to comply with Canadian law - and give those licenses to companies that WILL "balance" their programming.
