It's been over three weeks, and there is no sign of money being
deposited in the Alameda, California Court that, on May 2nd, 2007,
demanded that the twosome come up with $433,715.93 in tangible assets
before the Court will allow them to continue pleading their case.

(Insert laughter here).

The twosome, who've carried on a bogus lawsuit for over six years now
in California, have been soundly slapped around in the California
courts.  Their lawsuit earned them the wrath of ALL of the big players
on the internet - who wrote "Friend of the Court (Amicus) Briefs"
against Polevoy and Barrett.  The California Supreme Court, almost
literally, yanked their pants down, and whipped their butts in the
most public manner possible.  News media, nationwide, carried the
story of their humiliation.

But there is no sign of the money, yet, and frankly, there isn't going
to be any.  I believe that the REAL quackbuster operation, the one run
out of a New York ad agency, has decided these two are a liability -
and have presented themselves as "buffoons."

The ad agency would be right in that analysis.

There won't be any money put up, and the Defendants in that case will,
gleefully, go after the twosome's personal assets.

The clock is running.

Things are becoming somewhat clearer now. You mean that they haven't
lost to you (or won from you), but that they have to put up the money as
security before they can beat you to a pulp (figuratively speaking).
This is somewhat different than you made it sound priviously, but then
again, you are known for being sparse with the truth.
I can imagine your laughing. I was a huckster, I'd be laughing too if it
looked like I was getting away (yet again) with abusing the law.

I don't think they have, only in your Tiny Tim brain. You seem to have
been succesfull in deceiving the court so far, that's all.

Well, I must have missed that. Care to provide a link to CNN, ABC, NBC

You have a short memory.  I challenged a post you made because you
implied that the article you quoted was recent, when in fact it was
from 6 years ago.  You then tried to twist and turn your way out of
it. which you could not do.

You said ON THURSDAY.  You did not say it was almost 6 years ago that

Or a downright falsehood.  This is on Snopes as partially true because
Mr. Scott's speech was added on to by people with an ulterior motive:

http://pawigo.blogspot.com/2007/03/darrell-scott-testimony.html

Guess our national leaders didn't expect this, hmm? On Thursday,
Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine
High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to
address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said
to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was
painfully truthful.

They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well.

It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician,
every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert!
These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful,
penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent
this man as a voice crying in the wilderness. The following is a portion of
the transcript:*

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in thehearts of
men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of
violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the
deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must
not be in vain.

Their blood cries out for answers.

The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out
in the field. The villain was not the club he used. Neither was it the NCA,
the National Club Association.

The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found
in Cain's heart.

In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly
fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. Iam not a member of
the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to
represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are
responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they
need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's
murder I would be their strongest opponent.

I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a
spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame
lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies
behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves.

I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best. This
was written way before I knew I would be speaking here today:

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,*
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!*

Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and
spirit.
When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void
that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc.
Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of
our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological
seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation?
We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred
and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy
occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They
immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away
our personal and private liberties. We do not need more
restrictive laws Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal
detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning
this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.

As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two
friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in
school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge
every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on
April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our
schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain.

Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation
that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you
who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge.
Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone!
My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this
country will not allow that to happen!"

Who Is "Tim" Bolen?
"Tim Bolen," whose real name is Patrick Timothy Bolen, represents
himself as Hulda Clark's "publicist." Bolen and his wife Jan do
business as JuriMed, an entity whose stated purpose is to assist
"alternative" health practitioners faced with regulatory action,
criminal prosecution, or other matters that threaten their financial
well-being and/or license to practice. Bolen refers to JuriMed as a
"public relations and research group" and to his work as "crisis
management." JuriMed's Web site lists no physical address, and I can
find no indication of fictitious name registration with the State of
California. Bolen sometimes gives his address as 31103 Rancho Viejo
#2131, San Juan Capistrano, California, which is a storefront where
people rent boxes to receive mail. As far as I can tell, JuriMed does
not have a telephone directory listing or published street address,
although its telephone number is posted on several Web sites. During a
deposition in 2006, Bolen stated that he lives and operates JuriMed
from a house he leases in the Cleveland National Forest and that he
had moved there seven or eight years previously after losing his home
in a foreclosure sale [4]. Business use of a National Forest home site
is illegal.

Bolen, who was born in 1943, apparently has not been diligent about
paying his debts. According to certified records from the Orange
County Clerk-Recorder's Office, between 1991 and 2000, the U.S.
Internal Revenue Service, the California State Franchise Board, and
the County of Orange placed a total of seven tax liens against him,
one against him and his wife jointly, and two against the Bolen
Publishing Company. The amounts totaled more about $43,500, of which
at least $25,000 was still owed in May 2001. The records also show
that a residence owned by the Bolens underwent a Trustee's sale in
1994 and that, in 1996, a contractor recorded a mechanic's lien
against Tim for $22,898.52 for unpaid charges related to flood damage
to another residence. At his 2006 deposition, when asked whether he
had filed any federal tax returns during during the five previous
years, he said he had; but when asked what year(s) he did so, he
became evasive. He also said that has been charging his living
expenses to his business [4].

Ah, just as I said - this is not a penalty which can be enforced by a
court, it is a bond to continue proceedings.

On what basis?

Is that the clock in the house you don't remember living in?
