Fred,
Not too many years back my grandfather, not much younger than you
Fred, at the time, died during this procedure on the operating
table...

You're on the best possible path.

Joel Fuhrman, M.D. has for years supervised people in fasting as a way
of assisting them in avoiding various surgeries related to
ateriosclerosis.

His books are, "Fasting and Eating for Health" and "Eating to Live."

Best,
Tim

Tim,
Thank you so very much.
This will hopefully make my path forward more clear. I had such a
crappy life style, I need all the help I can get.

Wiser to eat less to lose the visceral adipose tissue (VAT) which Fred
has described as his "big beer gut."

Here's how:

This is, of course, true...Following is the first paragraph in Dr.
Fuhrman's book "Fasting and Eating for Health."

"Therapeutic fasting accelerates the healing process and
allows the
body to recover from serious disease in a dramatically short
period
of time. In my practice I have seen fasting eliminate lupus
and
arthritis, remove chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis
and
eczema, heal the digestive tract in patients with ulcerative
colitis
and Crohn's disease, and quickly eliminate cardiovascular
diseases
such as high blood pressure and angina. In these cases the
re-
coveries were permanent: fasting enabled longtime disease
suf-
ferers to unchain themselves from their multiple toxic drugs
and
even eliminate the need for surgery, which was recommended to
some of them as their only solution."

An excellent book...His most recent book, "Eating to Live" is also
very good.

Best,
Tim

You go guy!  I'm checking out this group upon advice from you and this
looks like my kind of place! <I am also into fasting for health.>
Once I lurk here a bit more and get to know the posting protocol - I'll
share.

Big hug and loads of love

Every case is different, of course.

Not when there is VAT.

Outside of GOD's perfect will, fasting is harmful.

How do you know if you are in GOD's perfect will?

Those who are in HIS perfect will feel wonderfully hungry.

"Blessed are you who hunger now for you will be satisfied." -- LORD
Jesus Christ

Amen.

May GOD bless you.

Prayerfully in Jesus' awesome love,

Andrew <><
