Who rules your daughter's vagina?

We are concerned about the government wanting to rule our bodies.  Now
there are some states like Texas who have taken this further and
decided to insert themselves into our daughters' vaginas by force.  If
we let Texas get away with this surely other states will follow suit.
Only a parent should decide what can be put by the state into a
child's body.  We decide if we want our daughters "vaccinated" against
a type of sexually transmitted cancer which may or may not be the
preventative treatment they are claiming it to be.  As far as we are
concerned this is state-funded quackery.  If you want to let your
daughters be promiscuous and be sluts in high school at such a young
age, that's between you and your conscience.  But we are sick and
tired of the lack of morals, depravity, and too much sex everywhere
and we want to send a message to our nazi government GET YOURSELVES
OUT OF OUR DAUGHTERS' VAGINAS.  Until our daughters get married
NOTHING and NOBODY is going in there.  You hear???  We urge other
clean, decent, Christian, conservative, moral, decent, upstanding
parents to unite against this tyranny of our fascist government.  It's
time to GET THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF OUR DAUGHTERS' VAGINAS AND BODIES
NOW!!!

I don't know why anybody would not want to protect their daughter from
getting cancer no matter what kind of cancer it is.

Maybe...getting it early helps prevent the cancer later

Oh, so _that_ is what this is about.

In another newsgroup, a few days ago, I saw a series of three *really*
loony postings.

This fellow said that he could not accept donations except from people
who accepted that he was God, and he wanted everyone to go out and
start killing all the "Lesbianists" they could find.

The posts included identifying information; they could, of course,
given that information on a person other than the actual poster as an
attempt at harassment.

In any case, they also included something which apparently is a
reference to this subject.

But if the administration of the - vaccine? - involves breaking the
hymen, I can see why parents from certain traditional backgrounds
would not want their daughters unable to contract a binding marriage
or unable to marry.

What do you think should happen to the directors of the
various "foundations", etc, who got sex-ed accepted with the premise
that it would nearly end teen pregnancy, when teen pregnancy then
climbed 400%?

It's a series of three shots in the arm.  The needle doesn't get
anywhere near the vagina.

Maybe...it's given the same way all other immunizations are given.

Even if the hymen gets broken, it should not be a huge deal. Hymen
breakage can occur without entrance into the vagina, i.e. horseback
riding.

Some girls are born without them or only remnants.

It's nice to see that you are:

1) Going to make certain that your daughters never get raped.

2) Going to make certain that your daughters' husbands are virgins who
do not carry the HPV virus.

How downright loving of you!

(Um, does the vaccine go directly INTO the vagina???)

heh.

It's always the way with Texans, isn't it?

Well, they can't force people to accept any kind of
vaccination, but seriously, if it would prevent a certain type of
cancer, it's probably a good idea.
Then again, if the type is spread by sexual contact, and if it
mutates like some other types of diseases can, what are they doing by
this? If it's like some types of bacteria, what could come of
vaccinating such a large number?
Then again, if it can be proven that that can't happen, why
would anyone worry about it...?
    Then again...

That's absurd. How do you know the man she marries isn't carrying the virus?
He can pass it on to her and kill her. Being vaccinated doesn't turn girl
into a whore.

Imagine what would happen if a medication came on the market that COULD
turn a girl into an instant nympho ...

Most affective when applied in huge amounts.

More to the point: Who rules your daughter's vagina? SHE does.

There's something just a tad disconcerting about a"concerned parent" who
implicitly want to *rule* his or her daughter's vagina. It sounds like you
kind of want to claim ownership. It's not yours. It's hers.  And it's not
the vagina that's in question, it's the cervix.  And which parent sits
around salivating over the power of deciding what the state puts in a
daughter's vagina?

When doctors conduct breast exams or sliding a slithery Latex finger up
one's a.s, are they "ruling" breasts and a.sholes?

Given the newsgroups to which the original article was posted, you
might want to at least *consider* the possibility that they're
trolling.

Because that's what it looked to me like they were doing, and if I'm
right, they hooked you.

Perhaps you should consider the possibility that it's almost ludicrously
immaterial (at least to me) whether or not there may be a possibility that a
poster might be a troll.
