Good morning ... before I get banned again, I thought I would correct
a bit  of the the propaganda against me here.

There has been an enormous amount of disinformation put out about
'Barrett  Vs Rosenthal' ... mainly circulated by members of the "Rag
Tag Posse of Snake-oil Vigilantes."

If any of you doubt existence of this Posse, or believe the propaganda
that  it is just a 'satire page' ... I can assure you there is nothing
funny about  a team who files meritless and harassment lawsuits in
order to silence their  critics such as in this case, and then wages
simultaneous smear campaigns  against those they are suing and losing
to.

1. Although not one word of anything I wrote or reposted about Barrett
was  considered even arguably defamatory ... I have been accused of
"getting away  with libel.' This is absolute and utter disinformation.

  The Supreme Court justices reaffirmed the two lower courts
decisions, reiterating:

    "As the lower courts correctly concluded, however, none of the
hostile  comments against Dr.    Barrett alleged in the complaint are
defamatory."

2. Whether or not the comment I reposted regarding Terry Polevoy's  
'stalking' of Ms Christine McPhee has NOT been ruled on, despite
enormous  disinformation about this. I have addressed this here:

3. Grell, who sued me for libel although I had never mentioned his
name, made this probably libelous comment:

GRELLSPEAK:

"Let me make it clear, Rosenthal was named in the lawsuit because she
continued to repost the same PROVEN libelous publication over and over
nothwithstanding requests that she stop doing so."

This is blatantly false. NO court anywhere has proven that even one
word I  posted was libelous ... this is outrageous propaganda being
spread from the  losing attorney in this case.

Further, Barrett demanded that I remove things about him that were my
opinions, claiming they were 'libelous.' He also demanded thousands of
dollars from me for posting my opinions.

private investigator to hunt me down.

This began just short months after the Supreme Court agreed to hear
your case against against me as to whether or not my posting of a
POTENTIALLY or ALLEGED  (NEVER PROVEN) libelous comment, regarding

My legal team advises me that it appears she was "fishing" and

This is the same woman, Coleah Penley Ayers, who first posted on

appropriately removed.

Of nearly 6 BILLION people in the world, how in the world did you
choose Coleah Penley Ayers to break this piece?

This is the same woman who is working directly with the President of
Eurosilicone,  although she claims to be a support leader for women
harmed by breast implants.

Why are you obsessed with my physical whereabouts?

These are NOT rhetorical questions.

It feels to me like stalking.

Why did you don the disguise of "Vera Teasdale" and post attacking
messages to me and Dr. Clark on Usenet?

Why did you hide your identity and pretend to be a woman?  (You posted
over 50 posts until your fatal error of using your own email name with
your alias.)

My legal team and I are very concerned with my personal safety.

Penley Ayers is a trained Marine with an addiction to money and
attention. She has now spent years harassing, insulting, and
threatening me on the internet. Since this case was accepted by the
Supreme Court, she upped the ante to private investigators etc.

I want on record on this Healthfraud list, that should anything happen
to me or my family, that you, Stephen Barrett and Coleah Penley Ayers
be immediately and thoroughtly investigated.
