Polevoy has been served in a civil action by Adam. The charge:
Libel and Defamation. Hard to imagine Polevoy lying?
Hard to imagine Polevoy telling the truth!

Adam has also filed a complaint with the CPSO citing Polevoy
for disgraceful and unprofessional conduct....
