We have been working on this poor baby's eczema for a while now with no
good or reliable results.
We have eliminated dairy from her diet since she became one year old.
The only symptom that indicated she might have problems with dairy was
her skin condition, otherwise she was fine with milk based formula.
Soy on the other hand was awful!
I just read a report where a study was performed that had great results
from taking a probiotic Lactobacillus fermentum.
Can anyone tell me how to begin incorporating probiotics into a 13 mo.
old's system?

You can purchase Primadophilus Children here:
http://www.webvitamins.com/product.aspx?id=9603
Primadophilus for children is designed to deliver helpful bacteria to the
gut. These microorganism strains are essential to maintaining healthy
intestinal flora. Under normal conditions, trillions of bacteria exist in
the intestines. As part of the body's defenses they help maintain good
health by preventing harmful microorganisms from infiltrating the body.
Medications taken to combat illness or infection can reduce the number of
beneficial bacteria as an unwanted side effect. To maintain the healthy
balance add Nature's Way Primadophilus for Children to your child's daily
health regimen.
Contains
Primadophilus for Children is especially designed for children 5 years of
age and under. It contains specially selected strains of freeze-dried
microorganisms in a neutral base. Our product is kept refrigerated

A question. Wouldn't it lose potency during unrefrigerated shipping?

Only by a small percentage, it is still efficacious.

Can you receive e-mail? If so, and you wish to hear an unusual theory that
may be causing the baby's eczema, please write me at Advocate147@aol.com
Do not like to post on the newsgroup, as it is usually not accepted and
would like to avoid the hassle.' But it may very well solve your problem.

I got the order today as was recommended. I have a question about how
much of the bacteria will be destroyed by the baby's stomach acids?
I had read where adults have been given a specially coated capsule that
will make it to the intestines without being destroyed by the acids in
the stomach and feel that this probably is not going to do much good.
I have emailed you at advocate(without the dots) at americaonline.com.
