She will start a new post "John Doe Is A Liar" and then say she did not lie since she did not reply to "liars" following this post. Just watch. Very soon Jan will claim that she is putting all the gang of liars in her kill file. She usually does this when she is overwhelmed by the evidence using her own words that she is a liar, hypocrite and bigot. When her creating new posts attacking people does not work she pretends that she is not reading their posts by claiming they are in her kill file. It is all very predictable.
