Now that I have been able to get access to Boyd Haley's commercial web
site (the one which Jan Drew advertises all the time), I see that he
is charging $500 for an unapproved test for Amytrophic Lateral
Sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease). All the published research
about the test and its underlying theory was done by, wait for it,
don't get impatient, Dr Boyd Haley.

If he follows the pattern of fraud used in the Roy Smith case (see
http://www.ratbags.com/rsoles/comment/altmedicine.htm or
http://www.ratbags.com/rsoles/history/2001/05may.htm, or get Jan to
tell you how Roy was robbed), then he will find the marker for ALS and
then tell whoever has been tested that they need to have some very
expensive chelation to fix the problem.

Testing young people for ALS and then treating them is a much better
scam than curing cancer or diabetes. You do the test, produce the
"positive" results and give the treatment. ALS is quite rare and
doesn't show up until the victim is getting on in years, so if the
person never gets it (like most of the population) they will thank
Haley and no begrudge him the money he stole. If they do happen to get
ALS, Haley will be long gone with the stolen money, and, even if he is
still around, he can claim that the treatment is not perfect.

In fact, it's a perfect scam.

I am offering a test for prostate cancer. It costs $450 and requires a
urine sample. It is such a sensitive test that it is only useful on
men less than twenty years old, because after that the testing
equipment gets overloaded. The treatment costs $10,000 and comes with
a five-year guarantee. If you don't require surgery by the time you
are forty years old then it is obvious that the treatment worked.

I am also working on a test for presbyopia, to be given to
12-year-olds. The test will cost about $300 and the treatment for
indolent asymptomatic presbyopia will cost $1,000. If you don't need
reading glasses by the age of 30 the treatment worked.

Jan will not understand any of the fine points you made.

Haley is despicable for preying one people's fears over a horrible,
incurable, disease like ALS.

What lies?

ALS is a horrible disease.

ALS is incurable.

Anyone who looks to make a buck off of it is despicable.

I had a friend die of ALS years ago. He was a skilled orthopedic
surgeons who noticed a problem onc day while doing surgery. He did not
have the fine motor coordination he had previously had.

A week later he was diagnosed with ALS.

A month later he was bedridden.

Six months later he was D E A D.

Did you read where I said I was going to use an anonymous proxy to see
if I could get there? Why, yes you did because you commented on it.

I cannot get to Haley's web site directly from a browser on my
computer. I can, however, get to it using a site which connects for me
and then gives me access. This might be beyond your understanding, but
there are simple ways to block access to a web site based on IP
address and there are also ways of getting around this.

Which lying web sites? Where are the lies?

A man who had his life savings stolen by people who told him that they
were chelating the mercury from his body but kept finding that the
mercury level was going up. If the chelation was working, the level
had to go down.

How can chelation increase the level of mercury in someone like it
supposedly did in Roy Smith, Jan?

Umm, Peter, you are such a liar.

Here is what you said:

Now that I have been able to get access to Boyd Haley's commercial
web.<snip>

NONE of the above was said!

Actually that is a LIE.

I post his webiste for the information and studies there, not for any
advertising.

One can rest assured that when you say, "Been answered many times," that you
have, of course, never answered at all. There are no lies on Peter's
websites, and you have never been able to demonstrate any. Your last attempt
was pathetic.

This is neither lies, nor harassing. It is the truth. You can't handle the
truth, so, once again, you snip it and yell, "La, La, La, La," with you
fingers in your ears.

I see...so that rule regarding no private email is *SELECTIVELY* enforced.

Why am I not surprised?

I see very clearly. You received email from someone and do not have a
negative thing to say, because you claim that they support you.

Bullshit. You do not repsect the dead if they show a problem in
conventional medicine. Ben and Jesse come to mind.
