I simply stated that Jan continues to post what she believes to be my address and phone number. I have just returned from the State of Hawaii licensing department and discovered that there is indeed a Richard H Jacobson who is licensed to practice in the state of Hawaii. He has NEVER lost his license and his license is quite current. I informed the licensing bureau that you libeled him saying that he lost his license. Poor Jan. In complete denial. She tries to call me at the telephone number she believes to be mine but she does not think she is badgering me. I also strongly encourage those interested in stopping libelous behavior to cut and paste including all headers of the message where Jan Drew posts the name, address and phone number of a licensed physician in Hawaii and says that he lost his license. The address to send the complain is abuse@asp.att.net. I will be sending a message to them complaining of her behavior. While I usually am averse to filing complaints with ISP's in this case where Jan Drew is clearly libeling someone I think this is the exception. Jan Drew is about as evil as they get. Not only does she repeatedly lie but she bears false witness. Imagine her accusing a physician of losing his license when he has not. And it is likely that Jan DRew knows that he has not lost his license since she has been stalking him (believing him to be me) for years and must know by now that his license is current and active. Again I strongly recommend that those who are interested in stopping individuals from libeling people on the internet send a message to abuse@asp.att.net Be sure to include all headers and the message where Jan Drew asserts definitively that he has lost his license to practice psychiatry.
