Has anybody used the supplement MSM for pain and allergies? I have been doing some research on this supplement and have found a variety of pro material as well as some negative material. My brothers use it for headaches and for sore muscles. My Dad used to get really bad headaches several times a week and when he started takeing MSM, they went away.
