Topic:  Brad & cow's milk

As I view the information related to the anti-cow's milk position, it comes
down to two thoughts:

1) cow's milk is a heavy mucus producing food item  -  which causes germs
(like for ear infection & strep throat) to stay in the body;  and

2) cow's milk contains heavy, thick casein protein which may function as a
de facto "liquid glue" in the human body.     Thus causing asthma / lung
congestion.

When I gave up drinking cow's milk, the above two health problems
dis-appeared for me.

No it doesn't.  You made that up.

No, you made that up too.
