My brother is currently involuntarily committed to a mental institution,
ordered by a Nevada judge after my parents filed a petition.  Now he has
hatched some scheme in an attempt to get out.  He plans to "marry" his
(former?) transexual nigger boyfriend so that (s)he/it will become his
legal next of kin and guardian.

I've ranted incessantly about this transexual freak in the past, but in
case you missed some or all of it, here is a synopsis.  The nigger has
been sponging off my brother for years.  Actually, he has been sponging
off our parents, as they have been supporting my brother financially
all this time, sending exhorbitant amounts of money which promptly
disappeared with no explanation.  Last year, my brother almost had a
stroke after I sent him an e-mail accusing him of giving that money
away to his nigger; he was so livid he was practically foaming at the
mouth, but he NEVER denied the accusation.  Anyway, last month while
I was babysitting him I met one of his friends, a crazy cat lady who
stops by every night to feed his cat and every stray cat in town.
Without having told her of my suspicions, she informed me that every
time my brother received a check from our parents, he promptly cashed
it and sent half of it to his nigger (who lives in California).

I was thrilled to have my suspicions (which were dismissed by both
my parents and my brother as mentally-ill paranoid delusions)
confirmed!!!  Now I've converted my father, and we both remark on
how the nigger's standard of living has taken a sudden plunge since
my father cut off the money to my brother (I rationed the cash
while I was there and now he's in the hospital...no cash for him
means no cash for the nigger).  Previously the nigger had been
making weekly trips from California to Las Vegas and now he is too
broke to do so.  His cell phone has also been cut off for
nonpayment.  Before he was living like a queen on his $350/month
welfare payments, now he is living like the pauper welfare
recipients should be living as.

Not surprisingly, the nigger has now been floating the idea of
going to Las Vegas to "take care of" my brother after he's
released from the mental hospital.  This sudden concern for my
brother seems to coincide with the news that my brother will be
eligible for Social Security Disability after his release, and
mental disabilities require a third-party payee for the checks.
It doesn't take a nuclear rocket scientist to figure out what
the nigger has planned.

So now my brother is absolute OBSSESSED with the idea of
"marrying" this circus sideshow freak from hell.  He claims
that the nigger has undergone sex-change surgery and is now
legally a female so the marriage would be legal under Nevada
law.  But I'm almost positive that the nigger HASN'T undergone
surgery, and just takes estrogen to grow titties.

So now we are debating on what to do.  The mental hospital
can't hold my brother forever.  We also cannot continue to
send him money to support his nigger.  We'll be damned if we
are going to let him "marry" that nigger and let him get his
paws on my brother's SS checks.

What is Nevada and California law regarding transexuals and
marriage?  Can a man who simply dresses as a woman marry
another man?  If he says he is now a female, is any proof
of sex-change surgery required for a marriage license?  Can
a family challenge such a marriage on the grounds their
relative is mentally incompetent?  Or could they challenge
it on the grounds that the other person is attempting to
swindle their relative?
