I don't agree with your definition of a support group: there are
support groups for fat people. Excuse the pun, but it's difficult to
argue there isn't a glut of fatties.
Gays, niggers and redknecks also have support groups. And don't
forget the largest support groups in existence: religions. Hardly
unusual.
