An experimental anti-HIV gel is safe for women to use on a daily
basis, according to researchers at the University of Alabama at
Birmingham (UAB) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

I mentioned this a few days ago.

My pill pushing HIV specialist admits that HIV antiviral drugs, such
as Tenofovir, have "horrendous side effects."

<http://www.tenofovir.com/tenofovir_sideeffects/>:

----- Begin Quote -----

Please get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an
allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face,
lips, tongue, or throat.

[...]

Continue using tenofovir and talk with your doctor if you have any of
these less serious side effects:

depression, headache
mild nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and gas
sleep problems (insomnia)
skin rash
changes in the shape or location of body fat (especially in your arms,
legs, face, neck, breasts, and trunk)

Side effects other than those listed here may also occur.

----- End Quote -----

Hmmm, nice.

Even though I'm riddled with HIV and only avoid an AIDS diagnosis
thanks to an three and a half thousand mile expanse of water,
otherwise known as the Atlantic Ocean, I would NEVER pump myself full
of these nasty drugs.
