One third of the population is obese and there are $46 billion in
health care costs .....about 1 in every 3 children in Western
civilization being affected.An increase in the number of obese
Americans......With high cholesterol, it is so important to be aware
of your diet. Over the summer

I've notice that for every new health "epidemic" that there is an
expensive pharmaceutical drug available to treat it.  About ten
years ago clinical depression was becoming epidemic, around the
same time that so many SSRI antidepressant drugs like Prozac and
Paxil were becoming widely available.  Now there is a glut of
competing cholesterol drugs on the market and the epidemic of
high cholesterol threatens to kill America's children.
