----- Begin Quote -----

The reduction in the HIV positive population estimate in India from
5.2 million to 2.5 million notwithstanding, the Centre has informed
the Supreme Court that the country still faces a "very, very major
problem".

"The rural areas need focused attention to deal with the incidence of
HIV and AIDS patients. It is a very very major problem" [...]
additional solicitor general Gopal Subramaniam said.

----- End Quote -----

India has lost over half of its HIV patients in a new number crunching
scam.

Does this mean HIV has gone from being a very, very, very, very major
problem is simply being a very, very major problem?
