Why do you continue to post cytometry materials in misc.health.aids?
That is an HIV/AIDS newsgroup and your material is completely off
topic.  No one in the group is interested.

[Multiple copies snipped]

Very interesting.  I got a "Mail Undeliverable" notice when I sent
this directly to Mr. Haynes but he turns around and posts multiple
copies of a personal e-mail message into a newsgroup.  Extremely poor
Netiquette (although it is just a further example of the poor
Netiquette displayed by the issue about which I tried to contact him).
Exactly what is it that you are trying to accomplish, Mr. Haynes?

Paul Robinson was *not* informed of my message to you.  What makes you
think he was?

I deleted the Undeliverable Mail notice as soon as it was received,
assuming that it was a dead issue since you would not have received the
message.  And then, lo and behold, you actually did.  Something is fishy!

Why do I care?  Because you are flooding a normally useful newsgroup
with off-topic material, wasting bandwidth and turning off people who
might read the group.  Your behavior in this group certainly does not
reflect well on you or on Kanecki Associates, the company for which you
apparently work as Marketing Director.

You have no idea how glad I am that you aren't one of my students!!

Sorry you are experiencing a problem

From the header - This is apparently coming from a Mitchel Haynes
mitchell haynes <buybro...@yahoo.com> - is this correct?

I initially thought messages coming from this person were a scam and
challenged them when they started posting to our list as well. I had
someone do a check on them. it is apparent that they have written
some
software and they think its ants-pants. They have tried to post
things
on the Purdue list, they have used every possible website and email
discussion group to get cross listed to boost their ratings on
Google.

Basically I view their behavior as very tenuous and from the message
you
sent me, it appears that it is not appropriate to do what they are
doing...

I have taken the following action:

1. Steve Kelley has been instructed to remove their email and any
postings on the Purdue list. They are now banned

2. I am going to Copying Bartek Rajwa the editor of the ISAC site to
beware of them

3. I am contacting Google and other sites to let them know that these
people are self-propagating links.

4. If I see any message that in any way impunes Purdue or our
reputation, I will go after them with every possible legal recourse
at
my disposal. We will not allow our reputation to suffer because of
commercial abuse.

5. You should ban this address, and basically indicate to your
members
that this is a scam. While they claim to be legitimate, they are
acting
exactly as any scam artist...I already told them that they were
acting
as scammers and they got upset with me...well, if they don't desist,
they will find out how much influence we actually have...

I will check the message

Pretty much the type of response I expected.  Irrational, essentially
illiterate, irrelevant, illogical.

I have to wonder how successful Kanecki Associates is, if you Mitch
Haynes is an example of the management employed by that company.

Sory David...I don't want to cause anguish for anyone..I tried to
introduce our new software developed by Dr.David Kanecki...Our
Corporation Developed it to guidelines requested from on of the world
leaders in Flow Cytometry...Dr.Kanecki was Trained at BD and has
worked for years at end to develop and correct the issues with the
Flow Cytometry Software..

After I sent a letter to the Head of ISAC it was fowarded to J Paul
Robinson President of ISAC and Head of Perdue Cytometry Dept.
After he recieved the letter he replied it was JUNK MAIL..after I
explained via email about Dr.Kanecki and the Technology Breakthrough
for the FCS 3.0 Files and that the software works for both BD and
Beckman Coulter Cytometers..I told him it was not JUNK MAIL and he
replied that it was Junk Mail...

After he insulted Our Corporation and software all DISCUSSIONS of our
Flow Cytometry Software Fcs Cytopro were deleted from all sites and
groups...GOOOGLE was the only site not filtering...

After posting on google I was sent a link to the Purdue Cytometry Mail
List which uncovered why we were being blocked from the world.

J Paul Robinson the person the Larry Farrell forgot he sent a letter
to HAS INTERNATIONA INFLUENCE..He controls tons of grants and has
individuals as produced through my posts...

With his control we have been unable to get any  responce from any
University...The Purdue Cytometry Mail List discussions were posted
and downloaded as proof of the wrong doings....After I got up enough
post through GOOOOOGLE the PURDUE CYTOMETRY WEBSITE AND MAIL LIST came
down...At this time ISAC site is also down and Purdue is launching New
WEBSITES under Different Domains...

There is so much more to tell and I am sorry that I if it interupts
anyone but there has been no other way to get my message across to the
world.....

It has caused me tons of anguish as we work so hard and just get
filtered...

We have launched the software through
cnet,simtel,digitalriver,bestbuy,circuitcity, and many other major
reailers for download.

The post I was able to capture jokes about Commercial
Marketing,President Bush, and many other issues..They discuss PROBLEMS
with the Flow Cytometry From BD and Coulter and push software through
Flow Jo and other companies the went throught the mail list since
1992..the begining of Flow Cytometry Software Development...They
discuss how to program software and develop it through the years.

I know you don't have all night so to make a long story short....J
PAUL ROBINSON blocked and NOTIFIED the world through THE PURDUE
CYTOMETRY MAIL LIST that Kanecki Associates Inc. are scammers..

You can read it again here is his post INTERNATIONALY...and he CLAIMS
THERE ARE ONLY 3000 PEOPLE ON HIS MAIL LIST..

YOU SHOUD SEE THIS LIST....

anguish trying to uncover WHY? and HOW? This could be..I just thank
god for GOOOOOGLE and MAYBE A CHANCE....

No we are not on SCAMMERS AND WORK VERY HARD..

WE WILL BE RELEASING A MEDICAL IMAGING ANLAYSIS SOFTWARE that detects
CANCER from DICOM files under a AMA study..

Dr.David Kanecki has been Writing CODE since he was 7 years old.

YOU can Google to find out more if you like...
