Actually nobody at all. This whole thing is just an invention, and a very
nasty one, by the ruling reactionary cliques, in order to terrorize people
and not least them suspicious of each other, in particular men against
women and vice versa.
There is no such "horribly dangerous contagion" at all - but there are
some real "HIVs", the Human Imperialist Vampires, who unfortunately
still rule this planet.
On there being no "HIV", nothing justifiedly called "AIDS"
and no such viruses whatsoever as might cause diseases - facts

The first few of your posts I paid attention to I thought were some sort
of satire, but you might be serious. I know even crazier people with
Internet access.

Yes, and the correct answer to that question in the subject line remains.
Zero, none at all, nobody.
In your thinking "crazy", you may possibly have been impressed by the fact
that some - still - relatively few people are maintaining that that on which
all the mass media and all the ruling politicians agree is an utter lie and
is ridiculous bullshit.
This "cannot be", you think?
Wrong. It so happens that it is correct. Which tells you a story about the
present world "order" too. Which is rather crazy. I, and some others from
whom I've learned, however are not.
In case you might still want to look at the facts, here again:

What you mean to ask is "How many people around me are infected with HIV?"
Depending on the desired political agenda, the terms "HIV" and "AIDS" may
or may not be interchanged. AIDS refers to the final stages of HIV
infection, when the immune system weakens sufficiently to allow normally
harmless bacteria in the environment to begin the process of rotting the
patient to death. The new antiviral drugs are effective enough to prevent
HIV from ever progressing to AIDS, so someone with an agenda might answer
your question by reassuring you that AIDS is very rare, despite nearly
everyone around you being HIV-positive. HIV patients will also reassure
potential sex partners that they "don't have AIDS," which is technically
true and thus eases what little conscience they have.
