If anyone has problems breathing due to allergies, dust mites in their
home, pet odor in their home, I may be able to help you.  I did
something that helped me and my husband breathe better and now we
sleep better in our home as well; let me know.  Hoganduo@comcast.net

I was diagnosed with asthma when I was about nine years old.  It's a
terrifying and debilitating condition.

I don't have asthma now.  I haven't used an inhaler for months, and
often forget to carry them around with me.

How did I rid myself of the condition?  For me it was quite easy: I
lost weight.  I realise that's not the solution for everyone, but it
worked for me.  There does appear to be a link between weight and
asthma, see <http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6512125.stm>.  Tapping
'overweight asthma' in to Google produces lots of other information
about the connection too.
