This is one of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard of.
Obtaining 'free' tickets to a concert is not a reason to be 'tested
for HIV'. And aiming the whole thing at, so-called,
"African-American's" suggests it's racially motivated, ironically with
the assistance of the 'community' it's aimed at.

"Rappers Lil' Wayne, Baby, David Banner and UGK will perform during
the 'Hip Hop 4 HIV - Know Your Status' concert, which takes place this
June in Houston, TX to raise youth's awareness about HIV/AIDS.
[...]
In order to get tickets to the free concert, fans must first attend an
HIV seminar and get tested for the HIV/AIDS virus at local testing
stations, which will be staffed with counselors and health
professionals.
The event is also sponsored by local radio station 97.9 The Box and
according to organizers, the goal is to test at least 3,000 young
adults between the ages of 15-30, with the primary focus being young,
African-American males and females.
According to statistics, African-American's account for almost 60% of
HIV/AIDS cases among those ages 13 to 24."

I agree, that is racially motivated. How dare those niggers
hogging 60% of the AIDS cases and only 12 % of population.

You sound just like the gay activists in the 1980s who objected to
propaganda targeted at gay men on the grounds that it stigmatized
AIDS as a "gay disease," and to spare their collective feelings
it was demanded that propaganda funds be spent on the general
public to educate them that everyone was at risk. The activists
later complained about the lack of funding for gay-targeted
propaganda and blamed Ronald Reagan for it.
I personally think that concert tickets are probably the most
practical idea at the moment. I doubt it will have much effect,
but I doubt it can make the negroes more ignorant on the subject
than they already are. I really don't care if every negro in
America catches AIDS and dies, but it seems that if bleeding-
heart, guilt-ridden white liberals really do care what happens
to black people, then they should be trying to address this
issue instead of trying to avoid the appearance of racial bias.
