Just about every one of these "inconsistencies" have been demonstrably
false. Most are downright lies and distortions of reality, some have
no bearing on the fact that HIV causes AIDS whatsoever.
They have been comprehensively rebutted previously.

"HIV causes AIDS" is not a "fact."

However, the definitions of HIV and AIDS are fluid and have been
twisted in an attempt to make it a fact.

They're in a win, win situation.

If evidence supports their theory they can resurrect failed drugs from
the 1960s and sell them as treatments, while continuing to bleat on
about needing more money to find a cure.

If evidence doesn't support their theory it's an anomaly which needs
more money for further investigation.
