I've been hearing lots of good things about Green Tea for a while now,
and even drink it myself.  However it taste horrible, you can't add
milk to it, and it's recommended that you drink four cups a day to
receive any benefit.  Yuk!

Despite good intentions, I usually find myself using the water I've
boiled to make instant coffee and leave the Green Tea for another day.

"A compound derived from green tea greatly diminished the
neurotoxicity of proteins secreted by the human immunodeficiency
virus, suggesting a new approach to the prevention and treatment of
HIV-associated dementia, also known as AIDS dementia complex."

Drink organic white tea instead.  However, the most important thing to
do it to lower your intake of unsaturated fatty acids consideranbly.
Coconut oil is okay, but only use butter uncooked.  And don't take
fish oil.  The common oils are to be avoided: canola, soy/soybean,
vegetable, corn, safflower, sunflower, rapeseed, etc.  Olive oil is
only acceptable if it is the highest quality and if it is not cooked.
If any fat source seems to be going rancid, it is to be discarded.

The trick for both coffee and tea is the caffeine content.
