The Australian PM is a racist bigot. Australia, with its population of
of 20 million or so people (about the same as Mexico City), has a moral
obligation to accept hundreds of millions of foreign AIDS patients and
provide them with free treatment in the country's national healthcare
system. I'm sure the Aussie taxpayers won't mind - at a cost of one
million dollars per AIDS patient per year, the country can afford to
import up to 19 HIV-positive immigrants and still have enough left to
maintain the dingo fence.

I swear, Western civilization is in its last days, imploding from some
ideological flaw that forces it to behave in suicidal ways such as what
is described above.
