Oh, is that a fact?

The Blue Diamond Society is viewed by the Nepalese government
as a seditious, if not terrorist organization. More than a few members
of the Blue Diamond Society have been sitting in Nepalese jail
cells for quite some time now.

Dangerous indeed. And thanks to the generous gifts of American
money and support, from our very own George M. Carter....

Has the tax-exempt organization FIAR and its Director George M. Carter
registered its/his activities and intentions as to Nepal with the State
Department?

You bet.

BDS has never been viewed as seditious or terrorist. That is an
outright and unsupported lie.

Members of BDS have been arrested and brutalized--as have other
members of the meti community. It is the outcome of intense stigma and
discrimination that males who have sex with males experience in many
cultures. Nepal is no exception.

I have contributed a small amount but the majority of the support has
come from other donors who have supported FIAR. And FIAR has been
happy to be able to make a difference!

LOL. FIAR is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization.

There is no reason to "register" with any state department. Our
activities and intentions are plain and clear.

Strange how Carter denies what may be in the mind of the Napalese
government.

I see... and George Carter's affiliation with a group that has
been viewed as seditious is this country (that is, ACT UP New
York) and other countries (ACT UP Paris) offers him the perfect
springboard (a U.S. tax-exempt group called FIAR) to incite
anti-government activity in Nepal (via Blue Diamond Society),
under the guise of "distributing condoms".

What other individuals and groups have allied with you and FIAR?

I'll take this answer as a resounding "NO".

So Mr. Carter, when is your next trip to the Kingdom
of Nepal on behalf of FIAR's relationship with the
Blue Diamond Society and/or the Maoist insurgency?
