The initiative described below consists an attempt to collect a
significant number of clear, well documented, cases of clinical history
following a chosen pattern along with the individuals who could testify
before a legal or a gouvernmental body in order to support their claim.

The main features of the pattern in question is that the encouraging
assurences were repetitively given by the system to the individuals who
were looking for the advice with respect to their status regarding the
infection leading to an immunodeficiency. The above assurences were
wrong and lead them to commit errors.

The initiative described here should NOT be used as a venue to complain
about the instances of misdiagnosis, of negligence or about an
accident.
The initiative described here is NOT an attempt to identify the
individuals, or low  level units of bigger organizations who committed
an error in interpreting instructions they received with respect to
health care practices  or consulting.

The initiative described here consists an attempt to expose systematic
and deadly bias in health care - in particular excessive confidence in
negative results of HIV tests. The initiative described here is
undertaken in order to construct and evaluate the basis for a state or
country specific action; if proven required.

The person behind this iniciative is aware of controversies regarding
link between HIV and AIDS. Please do not communicate any generic
comments nor refer him to known cases around which these controversies
were constructed.

The information you provide will not be redistributed without asking
you for a consent.

Please do NOT submit your case if any of the below points is true:
1. You are not ready to testify.
2. Less than two HIV tests were taken within asymptomatic period.
3. Tests was taken only within first 12 weeks after the infection
4. Tests were taken when symptoms of AIDS were already evident or
immunodeficiency already diagnosed by
low cell count, therefory the response of the immune system was
attenuated.
5. You have been exposed to risk of infection anytime from the moment
when what you believe the
original infection took place till end of a timespan you would like to
testify about.

Please DO submit in a case when all the below points are true:
1. You believe that you carry an agent causing the same symptoms same
as symptoms of HIV infection for more than five years.
2. You could clearly define approximate date when you believe you were
infected.
3. You can demonstrate that your health is compromised; looking for an
answer you kept requesting HIV tests.
4. All the test you have taken rendered a negative result for HIV
infection.
5. Your partner, your child or simply a person you believe you infected
exhibits the symptoms of immunodeficiency or, he or she, was diagnosed
with AIDS.
6. You are very sure she or he could not get an agent causing these
symptoms from anywhere else but from you.

SUBMISSION
1. Use single word as email subject: "SUBMISSION"
2. Submit contact information. It will not be shared without your
consent.
3. Submit a list of alleged infection relevant events with dates and
places as precise as possible.
 - that should contain mainly a history of symptoms you and person you
believe you infected exhibits.
 - list of tests and visits to the doctor, in particular these when
new diagnosis  was communicated to you.
4. Submit not more than one page of additional comments.

If, in your belief, your case goes beyond any doubts, please, use an
email subject: "SOLID SUBMISSION".
An example of a case beyond doubt would be as follows: both parents
test HIV seronegative but they know that they could had been infected
in the past therefore they asked to be tested, their child(ren) never
subjected to blood transfusion or organ transplant was diagnosed with
AIDS.
