Yeah, that'll work.. Not... Well, in addition to this certificate we require TRUST. Everybody in our circle has to agree that a potential partner is a trustworthy person. So we don't have people that f.ck around. Of course, the possibility of deception is always present, but so far this has worked fine. People who don't care and just f.ck around rarely have the patience to be qualified by many people, go to unpleasant tests and wait for the results to get laid. There is easier sex available. So it would have to be someone who is motivated enough to put a considerable effort and very good manipulating skills into getting us infected.
