Hi,

I abandoned my Bayer One-a-Day a week ago
and started Purity Products Super Greens,
a 5 pill per day regimen.

Since then, I've been feeling more tiredness
and fatigue during the day.

Generally this is true for me if I increase my
dietary supplements (the same thing happened
when I switched to Life Extension Foundation
One-a-Day.)

I could simply stop these supplements and go
back to the Bayer but it is so pathetically weak
I wouldn't see the point in taking it.

Anyone out there know how to isolate this? Sounds
like some ingredient in the supplement is affecting
me or I have some kind of mild allergic reaction to?

"Doctor, it hurts when I do this."
"Then don't do that."

By the way, this newsgroup is about HIV and AIDS, not health aids.
