Sadly, HIV infection can result in dementia. Spreenie appears to have this, if not also HIV. No cure yet. But a wide array of treatments, ranging from a multivitamin and nutritional interventions to treatments for opportunistic infections and antiretroviral drug therapy. George M. Carter |
