I'm sure it is buried somewhere on my hard drive, but several years
ago someone posted a link to such a study. I think it was from
France and gave specific chances of infection for each performance
of the various sexual acts you described. All I remember is that
male anal receptive was the riskiest of all, and while religionists
will claim that proves the immorality of homosexuality, it should
be noted that the risk for lesbians was lower than the various
heterosexual categories.

The misguided presumption that people do one thing and
then stop needs to be noted. Therefore supposed risk
for any one thing isn't significant because at any
moment during it something can change and it happens
all the time. Before and during any sexual activity
people do not know what could happen. The spontaneous,
the unexpected is the thing.
