Hello,
I have posted pictures on

http://www.picturetrail.com/skinrash

Is there anyone who is in medical or dermatology field can advise me
what is this skin rash.
Its affecting my forearm, hand, feet and legs.  I have those red spots
with white peak or white thin skin on top for the past 2 months.  It
suddenly appeared after I have work in insulation (putting insulation in
the basement, i was wearing gloves..but don't think it related)
It itches, when I scratch to relief the itch, its gets redder, and
sometime peaks of blood appeared.

I have that on my legs in the past 5 yrs...but it's on my hands and feet
that is suddenly happen (in the past 2 months)
My family doctor is not sure what it is, he prescribe me some cream but
that didn't work.

Is anyone can advise me what it is, and what could be possible cure I
would appreciated.
I am a 45 yr. gay male. In good health in general.

Unless this is HIV/AIDS-related (the topic of this group, not
health-aids), you'd be better off asking in alt.support.skin-diseases or
sci.med,

He mentioned being a gay male, so odds are his rash is HIV-related.

I agree with you 100%.  But what are the odds it's not HIV-related?

I had all kinds of rashes for decades.  It has to do with your body
being hyper-reactive, due to the fat in your diet.  You need to get a
fatty acid out of your cells called arachidonic acid, and let your body
make its own, called the Mead acid.  It will take a couple of years,
but you should see improvement within weeks.  You can eat whole milk
dairy (though avoid addivitves like carrageenan and also homogenized
products), boiled eggs (1 or 2 a day), shellfish (boiled), fish with
very little fat content (boiled or in a stew), dark chocolate, fruit,
bread with very little fat content (like French baguette), coconut
products, and a level teaspoon of nutritional yeast each day should
help.  You also may be deficient in some vitamins and minerals, but you
would need to test for that, and even then it may be difficult to
determine.  You can get some B complex powder and let tiny amounts
dissolve under your toungue a few times a day.  Also, you may need a
stomach acid and pepsin supplement.  Do you have acid reflux/heartburn
problems?  If you hardly ever do, you probably need the
supplementation.  You can use vinegar at first, to test to see if you
do.

Thanks for the information, it will help.
So far I treated as if it was scabbies, but some onshelves cream, that
didn't work

What is the cure for scabbies? I thought taking a hot bath with vinagar see
what that will do.

I am trying to see a doctor through a walk in clinic, man, there a crowd
every day in the waiting room.
If there any dermatologist in this newsgroup, please speak up

thanks.
